Brian and Kristi Altman established Westgate Group in 2012 to cater to the unique business and leadership development needs of small to mid-size private companies wanting to take their business to the Highest level.

We take pride in working with entrepreneurs, executives and internal teams who desire an experienced, hands-on third party expert to help their company increase marketshare, advance their competitive level and achieve their revenue and profitability goals.

We recognized that few, if any, small to mid-size companies could afford large, institutional high-end consulting and leadership development consulting firms.  Westgate Group fills the gap between the risk and cost of hiring a permanent position and the downtown large consulting firms.
